Machinery & Process

A dressing machine levels and squares raw marble and granite blocks. It removes uneven surfaces, trims edges, and gives the block proper shape. This step reduces wastage, improves yield, and prepares the stone for smooth and accurate cutting.
A multi granite cutter uses multiple diamond blades to slice granite blocks into uniform slabs at high speed, cutting several pieces in one pass for smooth finishing, accurate thickness, reduced wastage, & higher production efficiency.
A gangsaw uses multiple steel blades to cut big marble and granite blocks into uniform slabs. It works slowly but gives high accuracy, smooth finish, low wastage, and stable, reliable large-scale production throughout.
A line polisher uses multiple polishing heads to give marble and granite slabs a smooth, glossy, and uniform finish. As the slabs move on a conveyor, it removes marks, adds shine, and delivers fast, consistent polishing.

A resin plant applies epoxy to marble and granite slabs to fill cracks, strengthen the stone, and enhance shine. The process improves durability, reduces breakage, and gives slabs a premium, high-quality glossy finish.
Loading involves carefully lifting and placing marble and granite slabs into trucks and containers using cranes and clamps. The team secures each bundle to prevent breakage, ensuring safe and damage-free transport.
Packaging includes placing marble and granite slabs in wooden crates and securing each piece tightly. Containers are fumigated and sealed for safe shipment. Trucks are loaded with clamps and belts to keep every bundle protected.
